*Intuitive readings– Allow 1.5- 2 hours- I will tune in to your body’s energy by journeying through your chakras (energy centers) and will channel any messages from your body for you to gain a better understanding of any energy imbalances present, and then work to rebalance them with Reiki/Energy Work techniques. Wear comfortable, warm clothing as all sessions are done with you fully clothed.
Reiki– requires a soft touch in and around your chakra regions; no breasts/buttocks/pubic areas will be touched- Please communicate to your practitioner of any other areas that might trigger you.
A non-touch option is available, as this is energy work.
Reflexology– generally done with bare feet; however, I can do it through your socks once it is established that you have no open sores/bruises/vulnerable or compromised areas.

Appointments are currently available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
And on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:30- 3:30 PM
