My Journey:

Hello! 

My name is Avery.

I have always had people’s bodies talking to me. I did not pay it too much attention until I started to get very clear messages, then I felt I needed to address this, as I am a scientifically minded person and had no connection to anything esoteric at the time. 

What do I mean by “esoteric”? I feel it is best explained by Serge Benhayon in this excerpt: What is Esoteric Medicine?

The whole article is excellent, however, in essence he explains, and I quote; 

“Esoteric medicine engenders personal responsibility for health and being aware of how every choice can and does affect one’s health and wellbeing.“

In summary, Esoteric Medicine is the art of living and healing by reconnecting to and making choices from one’s innermost essence of love, from the intelligence of love.”

So, being scientific-minded, I thought I need to do research! My journey began! I studied reflexology first, as all parts of the body can be therapeutically affected by applying pressure to specific areas on the foot that correlate to the energy pathway of that organ or system. Still, the information came streaming through when I would do a session, and I would end up giving the person a reading as well. 

My focus then was to learn more about this intuitive gift that was coming through so strongly. I studied a form of energy work called “Light Align, Light Aware” and learned much about “energy”, how to respect it, and be safe while interacting with it. I also learned to trust my unique way of hearing the body communicate. People with psychic, intuitive abilities have various ways that they are spoken to, some have clairaudience (hearing voices), some use clairvoyance (seeing images), others have clairsentience (recognizing feelings), and some have claircognizance (knowing) which is how I get my information, it comes into my third eye and I can speak the message so you can understand it.

Consequently, I have the ability to “interpret” for you what your body wants to tell you and then create a plan for you with suggestions from my knowledge base. I allow your body to guide me and express to me what would best serve you on your path to wellness, joy, and self-connection. Because of my vast background with alternative medicine and nursing alike, I am adept at pulling all the received information together from which a cohesive message and plan emerge. I will then teach you to understand your body’s language/signals so YOU are EMPOWERED moving forward.
